Jubilee Planting – Volunteers wanted

An application for a free Woodland Trust community tree planting pack has been successful.

Group: Wrenbury Recreation Ground TrustThe free trees are among 6 million to be planted with the help of the Woodland Trust during Queen Elizabeth’s Diamond Jubilee year.   105 trees (small saplings including oak, silver birch, hazel, wild cherry, hawthorn, and rowan) need to be planted before the end of March.

Volunteers are wanted for a planting date to be arranged.
